something in my understanding of how the world works

the new slang
"Hold the mayo" just doesn't mean anything to some people. One time Garrison Keillor said "If you're tired of mayonnaise you're tired of life" but i'm pretty sure he was joking. My waitress must not have thought I was serious either.That's one more reason to start making my own sandwiches

i fear my system of file management is becoming apparent. yes. "uptown07.jpg" means i have made only 7 drawings north of Belvedere. This is chris who I work with who unfortunately decided to paint on Rieves De Lin for our portrait paint-offf. I do my best work when I am over worked and under paid and using good paper.

don't get me wrong,
There are some good restaurants in richmond. The tomato soup at Lulu's is totally worth waiting in line for. Even when the crowd looks as dangerous as this one.
the town
There is something seriously wrong with Carry Town. Everyone is really suspicious like I can't walk around with my bicycle basket (trying to save a tree for once) without shop owners looking in it like I'm using it to steal merchandise. And the New York Deli burned my veggie burger and charged me for too many onions but that's nothing compaired to getting kicked out of the oriental rug store.
